The 1800mm diameter spheres in 8mm and 5mm  opal 050 acrylic, due to there large size it was very difficult to match as true pairs to resolve this each hemisphere was chamfered around it's circumference to enable them to slide together, they where then back filled with tinted tensol and sanded and buff polished to a flawless finish.
