We can cater for a single prototype model or a continuous production run. We also provide in house tooling for specific work. We provide the following moulding & forming;

Drape forming - plastic is formed over a single positive mould to create large curved panels for example.

Blow moulding - a process where air is forced through a former stretching the plastic into shape. An example of this is a dome shape.

Press forming - a two part tool (male & female) where the plastic material is press sandwiched inbetween to produce a more intricate design.
